Terratech Distribution supplies professional IT infrastructure and industrial automation equipment. Legal entities: Terratech UAB (Lithuania), Terratech S.L. (Spain), Terratech Distribution LLP (Kazakhstan). Contact email: dkislenko@terradstr.com.

Through the contact form on terradstr.com we collect: name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), and message text. We also log the sender's IP address for anti-spam purposes.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and for subsequent business correspondence. We do not sell, share or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by checking the consent box on the contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing dkislenko@terradstr.com.

5. Data retention

Data is stored on secured servers of Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). We retain correspondence for no more than 3 years unless a longer period is required to fulfil a contract.
